Main Responsibilities

Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to customers and offering advice on colour, fit, style and silhouette to best suit their needs Promote key styles / new arrivals and bestselling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the sales floor Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take / stock count exercises. Cashiering duties managing the POS system to process payments, and process as any mall loyalty cards / vouchers To assist in processing and handling customer online returns / exchanges in-stores Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build strong regular customer base. Responsible for adhering to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties. Work with the store manager to drive sales performance

Hours

Full-time : 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and / or afternoon shifts / Fullshift All staff must be able to work on weekends / public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion / retail company. No working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply! Minimum SPM / Diploma holder in Retail Management / Fashion or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken / written English and Malay / Mandarin. Benefits
