As a Lecturer (Early Childhood Education) at Cybernetics International College of Technology Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of early childhood education. What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and interactive lectures and tutorials to early childhood education students
Designing and developing curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with industry standards
Providing academic guidance and mentoring to students, fostering their intellectual growth and professional development
Participating in the ongoing development and improvement of the early childhood education programme
Contributing to the college's research and scholarship activities in the field of early childhood education
Actively engaging in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the industry

What we're looking for

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a strong academic record

Significant experience in teaching and / or research in the early childhood education sector

Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
