Logistics Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of relevant working experience (experience in logistics / supply chain is an advantage). Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Independent, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
In line with our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the transportation of goods with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Review and manage purchase orders and delivery documents for accuracy.
- Track and troubleshoot delivery issues independently.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Ensure all delivery methods comply with statutory, authority, and company requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to maintain smooth operations.
- Perform multi-tasking duties, including relief or stand-in functions within the department.
