Project Team Lead

Closely follow up on the progress of new project development and mass production schedule to ensure customer requirements are met and successful ramp-up.

Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, conveying customer requirements to internal teams and ensuring the project outcomes meets customer expectations.

Drive project execution based on defined scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables. Proactively coordinate internal resources to stay on schedule.

Continuously monitor project progress and report latest updates to project team members and project manager.

Follow up on the project schedule progress, identify issues and propose solutions.

Conduct project evaluations and outcome predictions.

Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior / management team from time to time.

Requirements :

Possess Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably Science or Engineering related qualification or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in electronics / semiconductor manufacturing industry. Experience in lithium battery or Apple products supply chain project management is a plus.

Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Extroverted personality with strong communication, coordination, and stress-resistance abilities.

High proficiency in using office software; knowledge in Microsoft Project is preferred.

Willing relocate to our new manufacturing plant at Karangan, Kedah in Q4 2025.
