We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Lead to spearhead our top-line growth initiatives in Malaysia. This is a newly created position designed for an individual who can shape strategy, unlock commercial opportunities, and deliver sustainable revenue growth within a fast-paced consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel optimization.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify growth levers and improve commercial decision‑making.
- Build and maintain robust financial and commercial models to support revenue optimization.
- Lead analytics and insights to evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and category performance.
- Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and pricing architecture to maximize profitability.
- Monitor performance KPIs and recommend corrective actions to ensure top‑line delivery.
- Support annual business planning, long‑range planning, and commercial strategies.
- Establish and improve RGM frameworks, tools, and processes across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Strong background in Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Category Management, or related disciplines.Proven track record of driving revenue or margin growth within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer brand environment.Exceptional analytical capability with strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, highly dynamic environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and a strong sense of ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
