Lapasar is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform that serves over 3,000 SMEs and corporations in Malaysia. The company focuses on FMCG goods distribution to retail clients nationwide, utilizing its warehousing, distribution, and financial services capabilities.

Job Description :

• Support the corporate (fulfillment) team by communicating, following up, and providing support for any marketplace-related questions and concerns from the vendors or new onboarding vendors.
• Assist on product sourcing requests and provide the price benchmarking
• In charge of key in / update the vendor's details and data in Lapasar admin account
• Support on curating email blasts through Mailerlite
• In charge of sending and responding to the emails that are related to the offline orders management, providing updates and reminders.
• Assist on daily calls with vendors / buyers related to orders management
• Assist on any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time when necessary
• to strengthen resources and better support GR initiatives.

Working Arrangement :

Monday - Friday : 9.00 AM PM

Lunch Break : 1 hour between 12.00 PM and 2.00 PM

Saturday & Sunday : Rest day

Allowance : RM800
