Senior Executive / Executive - Integrity and Risk Management
Responsibilities : Ensure the Group’s risk management policies and strategies comply with applicable standards, including ISO 31000, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System, and IFRS S1 & S2, while aligning with the Group’s strategic priorities. Performing risk assessment, review, and action planning processes to identify key risk exposures and develop effective mitigation strategies. Regularly review and monitor risk action plans in close collaboration with risk owners across the Group. Conduct PESTEL analyses to identify and evaluate emerging risks impacting the Group. Prepare annual risk reports for submission to the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Board of Directors. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies, recommending enhancements where necessary. Facilitate risk workshops with process owners for integrated projects and the international portfolio. Drive Group-wide risk and opportunity assessment initiatives, ensuring proactive identification and management of strategic and operational risks. Undertake special projects or ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Studies / Risk Management and Insurance or any related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. CRMA / Certified ISO 31000 / CeIO – An added advantage. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management principles. Excellent report-writing and presentation capabilities, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. High business acumen, with balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational execution. Ability to view challenges from a “big picture” perspective while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
