The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination. Key Responsibilities :

• Logistics Support : Handle pick-up and delivery of materials, products, and supplies between Riinse locations, vendors, and retail partners.
• Event Assistance : Provide on-site support during events, pop-ups, or marketing activations (e.g., setting up booths, distributing materials, liaising with event staff).
• Inventory Management : Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and organizing warehouse / storage spaces.
• E-commerce Fulfillment : Oversee fulfillment processes & ensure customer orders are packed and shipped on time.
• Retailer Management : Coordinate and deliver stock to retailers in a timely manner.
• Administrative Tasks : Help with basic office or operational duties as assigned, such as filing paperwork, maintaining records, or assisting in order processing.
• On-Demand Errands : Fulfill ad hoc requests for urgent tasks, such as sourcing supplies or responding to time-sensitive needs.
