Job responsibilities :
Own and drive the workshop sessions or interviews to gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change controls
Supporting PM for estimating costs and identifying pros and cons of multiple options
Communicating the progress, issues, follow-ups with regards to the requirement analysis and solutioning, to the key stakeholders from client project side, on behave of the BA team.
Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
Support delivery team implementing and testing of solutions
Skill training to team members (for senior BA).
Job requirements :
3+ years' experience as business analyst, BA lead or equivalent role in Insurance IT industrial. IT fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this role too.
Adapt to global short-term travel upon request by client;
Excellent communication skills in mandarin;
Excellent logical reasoning ability and fast learning ability;
Ambition to pursue the excellence and open to innovations with good leadership and influence skills;
Strong ability to handle pressure.
Additional Qualifications :
Insurance and finance related majors are preferred;
Experience in product manager are preferred;
Proficiency in second language is preferred.
