Assistant Manager, Government Relations (SG / MY)
Take charge of pre-development project management for the company’s Data Center initiatives, including pre-project planning, land acquisition, and master planning.
Review all project approval and construction permit procedures to ensure complete documentation and compliance with approval eligibility requirements.
Coordinate business collaboration with other departments based on the progress of pre-project approval processes, ensuring project compliance with relevant regulations at all stages.
Supervise the timely completion of project-related tasks (e.g., application submission, review coordination, and project completion reporting) in accordance with the established timeline.
Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison channels with relevant government departments, industry authorities, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
Coordinate meetings with government-related stakeholders and prepare supporting materials such as reports and briefings.
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.) to align business objectives with regulatory requirements.
Support the development of communication strategies and risk mitigation measures related to government and regulatory affairs.
