Are you a detail-oriented and safety-focused professional with a passion for optimizing maintenance operations in offshore environments?

Activités / Responsabilités

  • Lead the development and implementation of structured maintenance programs including Preventive, Corrective, Condition-Based, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., PPGUA, DOSH, OSRMS) and internal HSE policies.
  • Manage maintenance data and job cards in SAP-CMMS, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Monitor and optimize spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support contractor management, from selection and negotiation to performance monitoring.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, MTTR, and budget adherence.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to succession planning and team development.

Profil du candidat / Qualifications

  • A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of offshore maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP-CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
