What You'll Be Doing

• Daily Accounting

– Record invoices, reconcile sales collections, and resolve vendor / customer billing issues.

– Prepare scheduled payments, perform vendor statement checks, and conduct monthly bank reconciliations.

– Generate aging and variance reports, and share financial insights with management.

– Maintain and update fixed asset registers, including capitalisation and depreciation tracking.

– Assist with other finance and accounting tasks as needed.

– Get hands-on with exciting

finance automation projects

to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
