Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur (WP) . The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing professional beauty consultations, performing advanced skincare treatments, and managing retail sales. You will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of Ozhean Clinic .

Responsibility

• Conduct expert consultations and analyze patients’ beauty and skin concerns.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
• Perform day-to-day business operations such as managing cash registers, vouchers, coupons, slips, and deposits.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic sales promotions, product features, and company policies (including payments, exchanges, and security).
• Build strong rapport with patients, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
• Support the team in executing marketing strategies and sales activities for assigned areas.
• Stay current with industry and cosmetology trends to enhance service quality.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
