QA Inspector / IPQC / CMM QA Inspector

Responsibilities

• Investigate production line reject and incorporate into inspection check sheet.
• Fill, update and maintain all quality records / reports.
• Proactively monitor all rejected parts to meet the required conformance.
• Expertly handle all customer return parts, analyze the problem and comply to the drawings' requirements.
• Check 100% dimensional inspection for all F.A. parts and feedback to Section Head / Manager.
• Carry out inspection (visual inspection and measurement) on sampling basis for all mass‑production parts.
• Assign proper checking method.
• Additional ad‑hoc tasks by Management and Supervisor.
