Overview

Ceria cahaya enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team in Gopeng Perak. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position which involves providing excellent table service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and seating customers, and providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Taking customer orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen
  • Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area, including clearing and setting tables
  • Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required, such as cash handling and inventory management
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer requests and queries

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a restaurant or café setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
