As we continue expanding in Asia, we’re looking for a highly driven and experienced IB Sales Manager to grow and strengthen our Introducing Broker (IB) network.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, recruit, and grow Introducing Brokers, with a strong focus on the Asia market
- Build and manage your own IB network / book of business
- Develop long-term partnerships and provide ongoing support to IBs
- Promote Alchemy Markets’ trading platforms, liquidity, and partnership offerings
- Negotiate tailored partnership agreements
- Drive trading volume, client acquisition, and partner performance
- Provide partners with marketing materials, platform updates, and product information
- Conduct market research on high-potential partners
- Attend industry expos / events and represent the company
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities (EMI, tech, crypto solutions)
- Perform any related duties assigned by management
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in IB Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management within the FX / CFD industryStrong existing network in the Asia or Global FX communitySolid understanding of FX, CFDs, IB structures, and commission schemesTrading experience (retail or proprietary) is a strong plusExcellent negotiation and relationship‑building skillsWillingness to travel locally / internationally when requiredSelf‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independentlyBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fieldsMonday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PMHybrid model – WFH every WednesdayFull‑time, permanent roleAnnual discretionary bonusBirthday leaveWellness support & programsMedical benefitsTeam‑building activities & a vibrant workplace cultureConvenient office near public transportSeniority level
