Overview

As a Construction Project Manager at Linesight in Kuala Lumpur, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams. You will be empowered to take real responsibility in your role, supported to grow, and mentored by industry leaders. You will contribute to our business strategy as we evolve, building lasting trusted relationships with our teams and clients.

The Opportunity

Role

In this role you will :

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to construction and handover.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource plans; proactively manage risks and changes.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
Implement project procedures and ensure these procedures are observed.

We would love to hear from you if you :

Have significant construction project management experience, preferably within life sciences or pharmaceutical environments.

Have a strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom standards, and regulatory compliance.

Have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects in a consultancy setting.

Hold a Project Management Professional certification or are seeking one; we can help.

Are detail oriented and quality focused.

Are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing.

Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and openness.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
