Job Summary

  • This role plays a key part in driving sales efficiency, managing sales data, and providing operational support across global regions. Working closely with sales, product management, finance, supply chain, and logistics teams, the position focuses on improving forecasting accuracy, streamlining reporting, and enhancing sales execution.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, proven experience in sales operations, and the flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones in a global sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support global sales operations by managing pipeline tracking, forecasting, demand planning, and performance analytics.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to monitor key sales metrics across regions.
  • Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting, pricing, and contract management.
  • Assist with demand planning and inventory alignment to fulfill worldwide customer requirements.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements in sales workflows.
  • Contribute to sales enablement efforts through training resources and process documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to global sales policies and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role.
  • Experience working with global sales teams and cross-regional operations.
  • Background in B2B sales operations within the technology or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and demand planning processes.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Prior experience supporting APAC, US, or European sales regions.
  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Pay : RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
