Position : Project Manager Telco Infra

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and define tooling requirements, ensuring all stakeholder needs are addressed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Tooling Requirements and their application in project management.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with a focus on tooling and technical requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry specific tooling and technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on tooling requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
