About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects that support the Bank's business goals. The successful candidate will manage projects end-to-end — ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with the Bank's IT architecture, standards, and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project strategies and business cases, ensuring alignment with overall IT and business objectives.
- Plan, monitor, and manage all project activities, timelines, budgets, and resources in accordance with established project management standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver IT initiatives that enhance business performance and compliance.
- Review and analyse business and technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions are robust, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Oversee procurement processes, including tender issuance, contract negotiation, and cost monitoring to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Identify project risks and issues, provide mitigation recommendations, and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies to recommend process and system enhancements that support continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certification : PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory).Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing IT software development or IT infrastructure projects.Knowledge : Strong understanding of SDLC methodology and experience in managing projects through the full development lifecycle.Technical Competencies
