Penerangan pekerjaanPlan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules. Manage a product / functional area by utilizing given resources to meet objectives in terms of volume, quality, cost and yield. Ensure daily / monthly output is achievable. Initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes to reduce production-related problems and delays. Plan, organize, direct & control the maintenance of all machinery / equipment under his care. Generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures. Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager with strong leadership and manufacturing operations experience to plan, organize, and optimize production activities to meet schedules, quality, and yield objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or other Manufacturing emphasis with at least 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
- Strong management, organizational and communication skills with extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques, processes and equipment is essential.
- Have leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, and exercise independent judgment.
- Highly results oriented, confident and independent.
- Able to work under pressure.
