What You'll Be Doing :
As our Senior HR Executive, you'll be the go-to HR leader for your region, overseeing key people functions that directly support business growth. You'll take full ownership in the following areas :
Full Responsibility for Regional Recruitment
Based on business development needs, take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process within the assigned region, including job analysis, recruitment planning, channel management, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up;Establish, maintain, and optimize local recruitment channels and talent pipeline mechanisms to ensure timely fulfillment of key positions;Analyze recruitment data and generate regular reports to enhance hiring efficiency and quality;Implement HQ recruitment policies and standards to ensure a compliant and standardized recruitment process.Full Responsibility for Employee Relations
Lead employee lifecycle management processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding procedures to ensure legal and procedural compliance;Handle employee inquiries, grievances, performance improvement plans, disciplinary issues, and internal complaints in a fair and transparent manner;Organize employee communication initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and consultation to prevent and address labor disputes and attrition risks;Promote corporate culture and assist in enhancing employee engagement and cohesion.Full Responsibility for Attendance Management
Oversee the execution of attendance policies across the assigned region, including daily attendance, overtime, leave requests, shift scheduling, and irregular clock-in issues;Accurately collect and summarize attendance data for timely submission to payroll and performance departments;Continuously optimize attendance management processes to ensure compliance and system efficiency;Provide training and guidance on attendance policies to employees and frontline managers.Onboarding Training and Company Policy Communication
Organize onboarding training sessions to ensure new hires understand the company's basic policies, organizational structure, code of conduct, and job responsibilities;Communicate and implement updates on company rules and policies to ensure employee awareness and compliance;Monitor new employee adaptation and support their integration and retention;Prepare training materials, coordinate training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness with feedback mechanisms.What We're Looking For :
Diploma or above, major in Human Resources Management or related field preferred;Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience with solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and attendance management;Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;High sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, and the ability to independently drive multiple HR initiatives.
