Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners (post 6–12 months) and regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs.
• Develop tailored growth strategies for high‑potential partners and identify upsell opportunities.
• Drive cross‑product conversion across Binance offerings (e.g., Futures, Earn, Options, Web3 Wallet, Fiat, etc.).
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate‑related initiatives.
• Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally.
• Provide data‑driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance.
