Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Specialist – .NET Web Development to join our Group Technical Delivery team. You will lead the development and modernization of enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft stack, with a focus on scalable architecture, CI / CD automation, and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
This role requires hands-on technical excellence, a passion for clean code, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-performing, and cloud-ready solutions.
General Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC).
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs, contributing to secure and scalable backend services.
- Guide solution architecture, code quality, and performance tuning to meet business needs.
- Drive modernization by adopting microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and DevOps best practices.
- Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and quality.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with UX, QA, business analysts, and backend teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
- Apply automated testing practices (unit / integration) and support continuous delivery goals.
- Ensure secure development practices (e.g., authentication, authorization, OWASP compliance).
