Overview
Join our team to lead corporate communications, marketing campaigns, events, and branding initiatives. You will coordinate and execute a range of activities to strengthen the company’s image, engage stakeholders, and drive business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop event-related materials such as invitations, backdrops, speeches, and presentations.
- Provide on-site communication and media support during events.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure marketing messages and visuals are consistent with corporate communication strategies and branding.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company’s image, reputation, and brand positioning.
- Ensure all corporate messages, press releases, and publications align with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
- Manage the company’s corporate identity guidelines across all platforms.
- Support CSR and sustainability communication initiatives and liaise with external stakeholders, partners, and regulators on communication-related matters.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence including website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
- Monitor public sentiment and online engagement and prepare regular reports on digital performance.
- Manage content creation (articles, graphics, videos) to support branding and communication initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media statements, and speeches.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public announcements.
- Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Support management in communicating corporate strategies, policies, and updates effectively.
- Organize internal events, newsletters, and campaigns that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in developing and executing crisis communication plans and monitor media coverage for management decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on communication, marketing, and event activities, including media coverage and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage communication and marketing budgets and resources efficiently.
- Supervise junior staff, vendors, or agencies as required.
What You Should Have
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration.4 – 7 years of experience in event management, corporate functions, exhibitions, roadshows, or related fields.Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing medium to large-scale events.Experience in vendor negotiation, logistics management, and event budgeting.Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is highly preferred.Seniority level
