Requirements
2+ years proven B2B sales experience.
Track record of exceeding targets.
Experience selling to SMEs and / or enterprise clients.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Confident communicator (phone, WhatsApp, meetings).
Ability to articulate complex value propositions in simple and straight forward manner.
Uses consultative problem-solving approach.
Responsibility
Manage the full B2B sales process from prospecting, qualify, and closing sales to SME / enterprise businesses.
Pitch recruitment solutions that solve real hiring challenges.
Build long-term partnerships and maintain strong customer accounts.
Work towards daily call volume, weekly sales, and monthly revenue goals.
