Requirements

  • 2+ years proven B2B sales experience.
  • Track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling to SMEs and / or enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Confident communicator (phone, WhatsApp, meetings).
  • Ability to articulate complex value propositions in simple and straight forward manner.
  • Uses consultative problem-solving approach.

Responsibility

  • Manage the full B2B sales process from prospecting, qualify, and closing sales to SME / enterprise businesses.
  • Pitch recruitment solutions that solve real hiring challenges.
  • Build long-term partnerships and maintain strong customer accounts.
  • Work towards daily call volume, weekly sales, and monthly revenue goals.
