Responsibilities
- Technical Support to External Customers
Handle technical enquiries and provide professional technical advice to customers on product handling and recommendation.
Deliver product demonstrations and on-site troubleshooting to support sales.Develop, deliver, and maintain technical curriculum and hands-on workshops to ensure external customers use products properly and achieve good performance of dental materials of the Prosthetic Strategic Business Unit.Assess, evaluate, and upgrade the skill set of local technicians using our products through appropriate training programs.Collect regular customer feedback on their technical requests from ongoing customer visits.Monitor product performance in the field from technical and quality perspectives and assist technically in managing local studies, trials, etc.Validate customer complaints by testing product samples and work toward solutions.Sales & Marketing SupportDevelop product and technical training programs for existing internal sales, marketing, technical teams, and new hires.
Support trade shows and provide on-site product demonstrations. Manage technical programs and events to support sales and marketing goals.Conduct planned customer visits to support sales and promotional initiatives.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and cultivate local KOLs to support and promote DENTSPLY products.Build and maintain positive relationships with KOLs, key accounts, technical training schools, and universities by sharing knowledge and offering technical advice.Interact with technicians in the market to ensure updated technical and market knowledge and share insights with the marketing team.Provide technical advice, review technical aspects of proposals, conduct testing, and monitor feedback of existing and newly launched products.Review and assure the scientific quality of promotional materials and ensure applicable regulations are observed.Perform local competitors’ product analyses and advise on optimum product positioning in the local market.Arrange required dental training materials and maintain laboratory, equipment, and training materials of the training center to meet standard laboratory safety and internal quality standards.Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
College degree in a relevant discipline or above.Experience
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or related field.Relevant working experience and IT knowledge are advantageous.Specific Knowledge / Skills
Excellent customer service ethics and a technical service orientation.Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.Good command of English (reading and speaking).Proficiency in office software and relevant operational systems.Equal Opportunity
