SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

Location :

The Pinnacle, Subang Jaya

Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a skilled and proactive

SAP GTS

to join our technology and compliance team. The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of hands-on experience

in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), particularly in the areas of

compliance management, customs management, and risk mitigation

  • . This role demands a strong understanding of international trade regulations, system integration, and end-to-end SAP GTS functionalities.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and configure

    • SAP GTS modules

    : Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design GTS solutions, and execute successful implementations.
  • Support

    • trade compliance and customs processes

    , including embargo checks, legal control, SPL (Sanctioned Party List) screening, and export / import declarations.

  • Integrate SAP GTS with ECC / S4HANA systems and external customs platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot GTS interfaces and system performance.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or customs authorities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global trade regulations and standards.
  • Provide

    • ongoing support and maintenance

    , including upgrades and patch management.

  • Participate in global or regional projects related to trade compliance.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of

    • 3 years

    of hands-on experience in

    SAP GTS implementation and support

  • Strong knowledge in :

    • SAP GTS Compliance Management

    SAP GTS Customs Management

    SAP GTS Risk Management

  • Familiarity with

    • international trade processes

    , customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC or SAP S / 4HANA systems.
  • Proficient in

    • ABAP debugging

    (nice to have, not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a

    • fast-paced, global team environment

    Education and Certifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in

    • Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  • SAP GTS certification is a plus.
  • Additional trade compliance or customs certifications are a bonus.

    • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Experience with

    • S / 4HANA migration

    projects involving SAP GTS.

  • Exposure to

    • HS Code Classification

    and

    License Management

    processes.

  • Background in

    • logistics, supply chain, or compliance consulting
