Senior Executive – Leasing & Business Development

• Conduct market research to identify new retail opportunities and trends.
• Source and evaluate potential store locations based on demographic, financial, and competitive data.
• Coordinate lease negotiations and agreements with landlords and property developers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth store rollout.
• Manage project timelines for store development from conception to launch.
• Monitor performance of new stores post-opening and propose enhancements where necessary.
• Maintain strong industry relationships to stay ahead of market developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail development or related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of local retail markets and property regulations is a plus.
