Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Multimedia
- Create static and carousel posters within deadlines.
- Develop multimedia content such as motion graphics, animations, and videos.
- Design marketing materials including proposals, pitch decks, e-books, and landing pages.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Project Management & Timeliness
- Deliver all creative work on time.
- Prioritize design requests to manage workload effectively.
- Reduce the need for multiple revisions by producing high-quality first drafts.
- Quality & Creativity
- Maintain at least a 90% first-approval rate from stakeholders.
- Keep design changes within acceptable limits.
- Ensure consistency and fresh ideas in multimedia and web content.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, Web, and Video teams.
- Join briefings and brainstorming sessions to align with project goals.
- Suggest improvements for better creative output.
- Workload & Task Completion
- Achieve monthly targets for design, video, and web deliverables.
- Maintain a 95–100% on-time task completion rate.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without missing deadlines.
- Reporting & Dashboard Updates
- Submit daily progress reports on tasks and projects.
- Keep the project dashboard updated daily with accurate information.
