Regional Product Marketing Director (Remote / Semiconductor)

The Product Marketing Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, positioning products effectively in the market, and driving customer adoption. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, ensuring that the company’s products resonate with target customers and meet market demand.

Key Responsibilities

Making Plans and Implementation to achieve or exceed Revenue, GP, NBD / D-Ins / D-Wins / B-Wins and other Budgets for the Lines handled as committed with Principals and with Management.
Building and Managing the Relationship with Principals.
Making Promotion Plan and Implementation to build Design / business Funnel.
Planning and Executing Tech Days, Webinars, Seminars, and other Promotion events.
Joint Visits (Mktg / Sales / FAEs / ) with Principals to Customers.
Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly or Other Reports and Reviews with VP-Mktg, Management and Principals.
Managing and building relationships with Strategic Customers and suppliers.
Driving Top 10 / 20 / 30 Projects for Lines, Support and Price Negotiations with Principals / Customers for Key Projects & Bulk deals and closing of Orders / deals.
Inventory Management of the lines handled, monitor Executives for handling RFQs, Customer / Opportunity registrations, Samples management etc. with Principals / Sales.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales or product management, preferably in a semiconductor or distribution environment.

Competent knowledge in electronics components and their applications would be an advantage.

Result-oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Possesses strong communication, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
