Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible to ensure treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS IS clients are in line with prescribed market, net‑asset‑value (NAV) and treasury deadlines.

The role will support Luxembourg region with working hours of 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm, Malaysia time.

What will you do?

• Ensure completion of all trades under STE environment as well as manual trades are completed within agreed timeframe.
• Ensure queries on trades are resolved in a timely manner, including queries on STE and manual trades.
• Ensure outstanding items are assigned and individual departments / financial institutions are chased for resolution.
• Ensure that all instructions are processed to a high standard of accuracy.
• Ensure all trades are posted according to procedure.

Application criteria

Starting date 01 / 12 / 2025. Position with management. No minimum level of study. Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent. Training / Specialization : tertiary educated in relevant background – investment, banking, finance, etc.

Any prior banking experience in banking operations is a plus.

Knowledge of different investment instrument types.

Minimum experience level 0-2 years.

Languages : English.
