Overview

This job is for an Account Executive, where you'll manage invoices, payments, and vendor accounts. You might like this job because it involves teamwork with finance and helps ensure smooth operations in the company!

Responsibilities

Generate and send invoice and DO to customer on time
Update Incoming and Outgoing payment record
Know how to manage supplier accounts
Handling AR and AP job scope
Filling
Follow-up closely with customer overdue payment (Collection)
Handle Full set of Accounts
Reporting direct to Finance Manager

Job Requirements

Familiar with Myob software and E-invoice

Experience 3-5 years required in Accounting background

Diploma or Degree or experience in accounting
