Responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Stock carts and refill supplies.
• Clean rooms, bathrooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel at all times.
• Ensure a safe work place, follow company policies, protect confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
• Wear an appropriate uniform, maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to work on their feet for extended periods, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude are essential.
