LEGAL EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Creating, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts in the fields of logistics, transportation, Incoterms, etc.
• Managing the legal administration of the company, including chop, licenses, registration, POA, BOD, DOA, etc.
• Providing daily legal advice and creating SOPs related to Decathlon Logistic Malaysia's daily operations.
• Handling disputes through legal support, including administration, litigation, arbitration, etc.
• Working closely with United Legal to implement best practices.
• Performing secretarial tasks and collaborating with the Company Secretary.
• Maintaining the contract library, which includes approximately 126 contracts for renewal and management.
• Providing legal training to staff to raise awareness of legal issues and ensure compliance.
• Enhancing legal awareness among 263 teammates.
• Managing insurance claims related to damaged goods during reception.
• Conducting vendor assessments for new and existing vendors.
• Supporting Autodiag compliance and conducting risk assessments.
• Assisting SEA countries in their logistic evolution by duplicating best practices from DLM.
