Engineer (Industrial / Digitalization & Automation / Sn QA / Product Development)

Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations (Standard work combination table, Yamazumi chart & etc) to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.

To work closely with all departmental head to ensure all process flow implemented accordance to requirement and develop a check sheet, WI, procedure for each process confirmation.

To follow up and review the effectiveness of the improvement activity with production and related department to improve product quantity, cycle time efficient, process flow and minimize the process rejection.

Update and maintain master-list (consist of routing, product, Mould / Moulding / packing information and etc.) for all new or current part.

Job Requirement

Degree in Engineering Mechanical / Mechatronic / Manufacturing or any related fields.

At least 1 years of working experience, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply .

Digitalization & Automation Engineer

Design, develop, and implement digital or automation solutions utilizing appropriate methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency, streamline complicated process and maximize productivity.

Responsible for maintaining digital / automation systems created, including software maintenance, troubleshooting, database maintenance, and backup operations to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.

Maintaining and optimizing the PLC and HMI programs that control our manufacturing machinery to ensure operation running efficiently.

Identify and diagnose issues with PLC-based systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems. Modify PLC programs to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital engineering, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.

Provide training and support to production and maintenance teams on system operation and troubleshooting.

Create and maintain proper technical documentation including program file, user manual, wiring diagrams and other relevant documentation.

Job Requirement

Degree in Engineering Electrical / Mechatronic / Mechanical or any related fields.

At least 1 years of working experience, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply .

Basic understanding regarding PLC, software and database programming will be considered as an added advantage.

Supervise and manage the QAC team, including engineers, inspections and other QA personnel.

Develop KPIS and performance metrics for team members to align with company goals.

Organize and manage internal and external audits (including customer audits, certification body audits and etc.).

Design, update and enforce QA processes and procedures to ensure compliance with JJ policy, procedures and standard requirements (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

Monitor and improve QA workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce non-conformities.

Analyze non-conformance reports and manage root cause analysis (RCA) to drive corrective actions

Collaborate with sales, technical and production team for new product introduction (NPI) to ensure smooth delivery and adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirement

Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering or any related fields.

At least 3 years of working experience, however, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply .

Required skill (s) : Independent & Multi-tasking, working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, good communication skills, keen attention to detail.

Collaborate with sales, technical and production team for new product introduction (NPI) to ensure smooth delivery and adhere to quality standards.

Define quality criteria and ensure product aligns with customer requirements.

Develop and executive NPDI quality plans, including firs articles (FA) sample and mass production.

Drive first article inspection (FAI) and approval processes for new products / process change.
