Campaign Operations Executive (In-App Content & Promotions)

We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Campaign Operations Executive to manage in-app content placements, promotions, and interactive campaigns. This role is responsible for operating various promotional modules inside the app—such as homepage banners, pop-ups, activity landing zones, etc.—to drive user attention, click-through rate, conversions, and retention.

This position is ideal for candidates familiar with the operations model of apps like Taobao, Pinduoduo, Xiaohongshu (REDNOTED), Shopee, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deploy in-app promotions across key content slots such as homepage banners, pop-ups, special activity pages, etc.
  • Design differentiated engagement strategies based on user segmentation and event triggers (e.g., new user, promo season, festive campaigns).
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, tech, product) to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet creative standards.
  • Manage content release rhythm and keep promotions fresh to avoid user fatigue.

Data Monitoring & Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, dwell time, etc., to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to optimize campaign strategies and placements.
  • Produce post-campaign review reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Slot Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain an up-to-date slot calendar and manage in-app content inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to align content and communication priorities.
  • Participate in testing and deploying new tools like A / B testing, content automation, and personalization algorithms.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, New Media, Product Operations, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content operations or campaign management, preferably in mobile / internet / app-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of in-app promotion logic and resource slot mechanisms (e.g., banners, pop-ups, segmented placement).
  • Comfortable working with data; able to interpret metrics and propose optimizations accordingly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive execution across teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CMS tools, or campaign scheduling platforms is a plus.
