JOB SUMMARY :

The incumbent is expected to work with a multinational MLM (multi-level marketing) company based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur and this PA role primary rsupport President in managing and tracking projects driven by the President's Office. Provide assistance in preparing presentations, conducting research, drafting scripts, taking notes during discussions and meetings, following up on action items, and handling other administrative matters as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Prepare reports and materials for meetings.
  • Write speeches, presentations, talking points, and letters when needed.
  • Arrange meetings and manage the President's schedule.
  • Join meetings with the President, take notes, and follow up on tasks.
  • Help plan and carry out projects from the President's Office.
  • Keep track of project plans, timelines, and progress.
  • Work with different teams and offices to make sure everyone is aligned.
  • Keep project documents and dashboards up to date.
  • Spot problems early, suggest solutions, and report them when needed.
  • Share regular project updates, including progress and next steps.
  • Do research and prepare briefings to support decisions.
  • Arrange travel for the President and provide support during trips.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks for the President's Office.
  • JOB REQUIREMENT :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • At least 5–8 years' experience in executive support or project management (MLM experience is a plus).
  • Able to manage meetings, prepare materials, and handle busy schedules.
  • Strong project management and follow-up skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to read & write in Mandarin as incubent required to communicate with oversea market.
  • Good at PowerPoint and making professional presentations.
  • Trustworthy, professional, and able to keep things confidential.
  • Organized, detail-minded, and able to handle many tasks at once.
  • Can work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexible and able to handle urgent requests.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
  • Good people skills to work with different stakeholders.
