Responsibilities :
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production schedules and output targets.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery performance and workflow.
- Ensure product quality meets internal and external standards.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage technical resources.
- Train and supervise production staff and technicians.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requirements :
Salary Range : RM6k - RM8k
