M&E Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise & coordinator M&E work on site.
• Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule.
• Liaise with all client, consultants and project team to prepare M&E coordination drawings.
• Prepare, monitor and hasten M&E work progress when necessary.
• Ensure all M&E trades deliver excellent workmanship and handover project in a timely manner.
• Ensure all M&E trades comply to construction site safety and health requirements.
• Carry out routine site inspections with client representative including preparation of necessary forms and reports.
• Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend Coordinating Meeting.
• Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs.
• Manage & monitor subcontractors works and progress and feedback to Project Manager.
