Company Background

We are representing our client a seafood restaurant and event banquet that delivers the ultimate dining experience to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Near to LRT station - 5 min walking distance).

They are currently looking for an industry expert for the Purchasing Assistant / Executive (Mandarin Spoken & Written is required)

Job Description

Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.

Submitting weekly / monthly report accordingly to Sales / Senior Manager

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Ensure all purchase orders are accurate.

Any other duties assigned to you from time to time

Requirement

Bachelors Degree / Diplomain Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided)

1-2 years of experience in Purchasing field is added advantage.

Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
