This job is all about supporting customers and keeping things organized. You might like this job because you'll manage orders, help customers with questions, and ensure the office runs smoothly while keeping everything neat!

  • Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accurate entry of order details into the system. Responsible for tracking shipments and keeping customers informed about their order status.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, including invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and other relevant records.
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, order updates, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling various administrative tasks, including filing expense reports, organizing office supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational abilities are crucial for managing various tasks, maintaining records, and handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, email clients, and presentation software is necessary. Familiarity with data entry and office management software is also beneficial.
  • Being able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively is important in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The ability to think critically and resolve issues independently or by collaborating with team members is valuable.
  • Candidates who have their own transportation will have an added advantage.
