Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve network faults; perform root cause analysis with permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain network performance to proactively detect issues.
- Manage routine maintenance and firmware upgrades for Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Configure and optimize Cisco devices for reliable operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks on network systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding fault resolution progress and system status.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical escalations and support.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
