Responsibilities :
To oversee and directing all activities in the project and operation management. Motivate and lead a team in achieving production target and to endure resources are efficiently and effectively utilized in achieving the department's objective.
- Evaluate trouble-shoot and improve existing methods and production and process in order to optimize yield, quality, productivity and cost.
- Liaise with equipment and material suppliers and production personnel to drive continuous quality improvement and cost.
- Planning and monitoring the department daily operations.
- Lead on all production related functions and activities to enhance quality and productivity.
- Plan and execute production schedule to meet orders and stock requirement.
- Prepare, issue and update all production related documentation.
- Work closely with the maintenance and QC divisions to resolve quality related issues and focus on continual improvement.
- Maintain and improve Standard Operation Procedures and monitor workers to ensure compliance
