Job Description

• Provides tactical marketing and analysis support to internal customers including : customer profiling, segmentation, customer lifetime value analysis, attrition models, machine learning models, and local market opportunity analysis.
• Uses analytical and visualization software to access, transform, integrate, analyze and visualize data to help solve real problems and provide business insight.
• Mines data from primary and secondary sources. Cleans and prunes data to discard irrelevant information. Introduces new data sources to improve machine learning models.
• Identifies customers for campaign targeting based on their needs and eligibility, and conducts in-depth post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement and learning.
• Works closely with clients to identify business requirements and translates data into informative insights and reports to help solve problems and provide business insight. Designs key metrics to track business performance and identify issues and challenges.
• Supports campaign management from leads identification, interim tracking, and fulfillment.
• Analyzes and interprets results using standard statistical tools and techniques.
• Pinpoints trends, correlations and patterns in complex data sets.
• Mentors and coaches others to improve their analytical skills.
