Job Description :
- Sourcing & negotiating with potential tenants in new leases and follow through all necessary procedures and documentations to conclude deals.
- Attend to walk-in / phone call enquiries from prospect tenants.
- Assist in sourcing for new replacement tenants on any nonrenewal / termination cases.
- Support the Leasing Manager in planning or implementing the tenancy mix for the mall.
- Identify and short-list suitable prospects or potential tenants and retail concepts for the mall
- Ensure tenants' adhere to the tenancy / lease terms, follow up through execution on the opening of the store.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship by resolving any tenant concerns and issues that may rise soonest as possible in the interest and betterment for the mall
- Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, leasing reports as well as documents with regards to tenancy or lease transaction
- Liase closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and insurance as well as monitoring and analyse tenants' sales and overall performance.
- Conduct market research on shopping malls, in order to keep abreast of retail property development in the market.
