Overview
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information across voice, email, and chat channels. The role requires strong communication in Chinese, professional English for internal interactions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat in Chinese
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and follow-up on patient cases and service requests
- Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document interactions in CRM systems accurately and thoroughly
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate cases when necessary
Requirements
Fluent in ChineseGood English communication skills (for internal communication and training)Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidaysCurrently based in Malaysia or open to relocating in MalaysiaWhat We Offer
