Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, Journalism or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, video production, graphic design and content writing, preferably in healthcare with exposure to traditional media and PR.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and healthcare communication standards.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting and visual communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and cover events on-site.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
Creative, proactive, adaptable to trends and detail-oriented.
Job Description
Plan, produce, design, edit and publish multimedia content (videos, graphics and articles) for social media, hospital website, newsletters and campaigns.
Collaborate with doctors to develop accurate, engaging educational content (articles, info graphics, health tips, awareness campaigns, explainer videos).
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads and other online platforms for HQ and subsidiaries.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and recommend improvements for engagement and awareness.
Attend and provide coverage for hospital events, CSR programs, health awareness initiatives and in-house staff activities.
Design visual materials including social media posts, brochures, flyers, buntings, billboards and presentation decks.
Execute directives from relevant departments in support of the hospital’s media, publicity and promotional initiatives.
