Job Responsibilitites :

  • Prepare sales-related documents including sales orders, delivery orders and invoices.
  • Accurately input and update sales data into the system in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery orders, invoices, or billing via phone, emails and in-person.
  • Maintain and organize all sales files and documentation for quick access and future reference.
  • Prepare and issue monthly sales reports and ad hoc reports as requested by the Sales Manager
