Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to provide direct support to our top management. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure the executive's day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls, and messages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Act as the point of contact between top management and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage personal tasks and errands where needed (optional, based on role scope).
  • Assist in project coordination, event planning, and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in (English / other required languages).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • A diploma / degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
  • Working Location : 2 openings available

  • KL Trilion (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Hybrid every Friday WFH)
  • Sunway Velocity (Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm)
